Action! does n ot work

Hi,
everytime i start action it starts minimized and i can only record sound;when i start recording videos it doesn't start and when i try to close it it crashes , my settings doesn't save
if someone can give me a solution i will be very happy and pleased

What version of Action! do you use? Did Action! work correctly before or it happened recently? Have you tried reinstalling the software?
