Action 1.4 | DX / MW2 Crash.

Hi, i found Mirillis Action 2 days ago, it is amazing!
But i got one big problem recording call of duty.
When i record everything is smooth and perfect!
Until i go back to my desktop to do stuff, play music etc, but when i enter the game again a error pops up.
That the game has crashed because of DX9 or something, i can get the full message.
Which is pretty annoying because the hosting system om mw2 is slow, so i have to wait 3-5min every time to find a match.
any help?
