[REQUEST] FPS Limiter in Action!

So this is my (little) request: can you make an option (or is their already one) in Action! to just limit my fps, so that I don't have to record a video all the time (exemple: with fraps recording for 30fps constant) (which is completely unnecessary).

You can set your FPS in Video Recording settings. There are several options available: 60,50,30,25,24,20,15.

Ok so I have trouble understanding me .... I want action! limit my FPS while I play at 30FPS without necessarily recording with action!...
