problem after export (30 seconds video length,sound problem)

hi 
i have action! 1.4.0.
when i first installed the software everything was fine,i was able to press right click on a video and press export and i was able to play the videos (fic file) through action player just by clicking on them two times.
now when i am exporting videos (its finished about after 30 minutes the fic file weights about 20 GB) and trying to play them in windows media player the length of the video is about 21-34 seconds only (when the fic file is 20 minutes) and in the middle of the video (in media player) the sound just disappears.
i tried to delete the software (including the registery) but it still doesnt work.
what should i do? please help.
