Steps to reproduce:
1) Record a video in 60FPS (1920x1080)
2) Open "Export file" menu
3) Set Output profile to "1080p (High Profile)", Video Quality to "High, 1920x1080"
4) Convert it (with CUDA ON)

Expected result:
Converted file should be 60FPS video with synced audio.

Actual result:
Converted file has 30FPS with non-synced audio.

Try to disable CUDA and see if the issue still appear. Also it's recommended to use Auto profile if recorded video is a desktop.

I recorded the game. But desktop mode has the same bug.

With CUDA OFF everything is ok. But software encoding is sloooooooow. :) And this solution still leaves a bug in program. :(

Try fast presets...
Or try x264, I think you can get 50-70 fps encoding on your cpu using --preset veryfast (with quality per bitrate still better than CUDA encode).
