Thu Jul 12, 2012 10:00 pm

We are happy to inform that Action! 1.6.0 is now available!
http://mirillis.com/en/downloads/downloads_action.html

Changes in new version:
- NEW FEATURE: Video recording in AVI 2.0 file format (with Mirillis FICV video compression)
- NEW FEATURE: Editing of raw video recordings (in AVI format) is now possible in 3rd party software like:
+ Adobe After Effects
+ Adobe Premiere Pro
+ Camtasia Studio
+ Cyberlink Power Director
+ MAGIX Video Pro
+ Sony Vegas PRO
+ VirtualDub
+ Windows Live Movie Maker

- Fixed problem with cut/corrupted exported MP4 videos (low disk space protection)
- Improved raw FICV video quality in 3rd party software
- Small GUI improvements

I was able to open AVI file recorded with Action! 1.6 in Vegas 10 and XviD4PSP 5. Great!

I was able to play this AVI file in player which is built into Action! and Media Player Classic.

Problem:
I was able to play this AVI file in in Splash PRO-EX 1.12.2 but without video, only audio.

Hi. Thanks for feedback!
Yes, all splash versions need to be updated to play new avi recordings correctly. We will release new splash ver
