Ingame HUD + Steam overlay

Hi, i have a problem with the steam overlay i launch the game and there is the Action! HUD but not the Steam overlay.

i have to close the Action! and run the game then after launch Action! o_O

is there an option to disable HUD when i launch a game and enable it after with a key? i just cant find that option.

Yes.... i know, thats not the problem

The problem is when i launch a game the Action! HUD is ON by default and i cant do anything to make steam overlay works, i have to close the game, Action! and reopen the game without mirillis action in the background, thats the only way to make them work together (Action! and Steam Overlay).

i just want to know if there is an option to change the default value of the HUD (ON to OFF) when i launch a game, i cant find it.

i can understand you,i have the same problem..
whenever you are recording and you open steam overlay the recording will stop.
i'd say you need to ask the mirillis team.
just ask radi/ghost and they will ask the developers of the software.

i found this problem only with games in dx9 like teamfortress 2 , for other games with dx10 or dx11 overlay and action works for me fine at the same time with action started first,it seem in dx9 action is blocking everithing else like a little boss,
edit1: i run action and steam and steam games as administrator,for better result.
