MP4 sound option in video tab ?

Hi,
I am testing the Trial version, But I do not arrive has to find an option in the video tab.
Is it possible to record the sound in the video section in .MP4 and not in .WAV format ?
When I open my project in sony vegas, the audio track .wav is very too long to create it..
