the hud is not displayed right (black oblong) and lags

hi
recently i had a problem with the hud of action!.
in the games rage,brink the hud is just black.

you can clearly see the hud at the top of the screen is black.

i have another problem of stuttering and lags in every game that i am trying to record.
my settings are:

video size: original
video framerate 50

i noticed that you have another topic about the lags problem so i hope that you will be able to fix the problem soon.
