Action! 1.7.0 not installing

I tried to install it. I start it, it wants elevated rights, I grant them, but then it just terminates. I use Win7 64bit.

Try right clicking the installer and select Properties.

If you see "this file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer" message on the very bottom of the properties window, there is a button just to the right of it that says "unblock"

proceed to click it to unblock the file and then re-attempt installation.
