Action 1.7.0 on Windows 8 x64 can't record games

When i start Action! then start the game. I can't see the HUD in the game and when i click F9 to start recording and F9 again to stop on bottom left where are the clips are writting with big red letters:
REC

And can't rec the games... Please help

Update your Action! version to the latest one.
