Action don´t record rome total war, can I do something ?

Do you experience problem with recording or Action! does not connect to the game (no HUD in game)?
Do you know what DX version is used by Rome total war?
This is quite old game and we suspect it can use DX 7 or 8 and Action! supports DX recording starting from DX9.

If it is possible to run game in windowed mode you can use desktop region recording, this will always work.

Rome total war uses Dx 9c, action! do not record anything and dont show hud too

i am having the same problem.
there is no hud in the game.
the game supports directx 9.
in shogun 2 total war action! works fine with no problems.
