Ok I did some encoding tests this evening, the audio desync happens only when the encoder is set to encode audio in 44KHz.

As Action! records audio in 48KHz, I tried encoding in 48KHz and there is no more audio desync :)

Can you try it Stevetastic?

Thanks for your post but the desync I get occurs in the Action! .avi files. It's not an issue created by exporting from Action! or by any post production work. I've moved on to a product that works.

I'm also having trouble with this too. I've been recording Minecraft for my channel and the sound is about 5 seconds delayed no matter what time in the video it is. I hope you guys can figure out what this is and fix it soon :(
