Crashes computer when recording Visual Studio builds

Using Windows 8 and Visual Studio 2012. The apps are C#/Xaml.
Tried on two different machines, one with an i7, NVidia setup and the other i5, Intel graphics. They both crashed seconds after opening, could still hear sounds and see the mouse but the screen would freeze until I hard shutdown.
I am able to record finished projects in the store, just not debug or release builds.
Please help! Love your product!

Found that it actually has same problem with c# apps in the store, for example if you try to record Physamajig from the Win8 store it will duplicate my problem. I hope it can be fixed!

What version of Windows 8 do you have? 32 or 64 bit? Release preview version or final version?

Thank you! It is 64 bit Windows 8, RTM. You should be able to reproduce the error if you download the game Physamajig from the Windows 8 store as it seems to have the exact same issue with Action! that I am having.

We could reproduce the problem and fix will be released with upcoming 1.10.0 version.

It seems that the problem occurs only in RTM version of W8, Release Preview worked fine and we had to tune a little bit to
changes made in final version of Modern UI Style apps.
In version 1.10.0 recording will work with all Modern UI apps but for some apps (ie. Physamajig ) HUD will be not visible.
This is technical problem we are working on but currently there is no solution.
Whats interesting, when you have a multi display setup with 2nd display (set as extended) then on this extended display all apps will work with HUD.

Thank you so much! Can't wait for the release, excited to record demos for some apps I am working on! The HUD won't be an issue for me "I do not think" but I hope you are able to figure it out. Thank you again!
