No Audio Recorded with Certain Games [SOLVED]

Hey,
I've just bought Mirillis Action! because the trial version worked perfectly for me. Now that I've bought it though things aren't going as smoothly.
I started with recording The Darkness II using the trial version, which was perfect. After buying Action! I tried recording some Battlefield 3 and there was no sound. I've tried changing all audio settings in several different games and couldn't find a solution or source of the problem.
Out of the games I tried recording, the following didn't have any audio;
- Battlefield 3
- Counter Strike: Global Offensive
- Blacklight: Retribution
Other games I've tried which worked fine, with audio and all;
- The Darkness II
- Guild Wars 2
Checking the properties of the recorded video it says there's audio present, but no sound is played at all. There's no static or noises either, just silence.
Is this a known issue with certain games, and if so is there a solution? Recording just audio works fine with all games, but when recording video there's no audio with the select few. I've made sure all my system, audio-card (Xonar Essence STX) and game settings were set to 16bit, 48KHz quality, which I think should match with Action!. But even then, it's strange some games work perfectly fine, while others don't do anything audio-wise.
EDIT: I just realized that I did not test the trial with just The Darkness II, I also did a test with the Battlefield 3 Campaign. I remember there was audio present then because I noticed the volume difference in the audio between Action! and Fraps. I retried recording the Battlefield 3 campaign instead of online gameplay, but now there was once again no audio, even though I'm positive I used the same settings as in the test I did with the trial.
I uninstalled Action! and reinstalled the trial version, and tried recording the Battlefield 3 campaign again, together with some CS:GO, but there was still no audio to be heard. I did notice one thing which may be important; when a friend of mine came online on Origin, the 'bleep' you hear as a message pops up was recorded by Action!, meaning it is recording system sounds, but is not recognizing the sound of certain games as such. I'm at a loss here, since I'm now assuming it has to do with the games themselves, but I have no way of changing advanced sound-settings for those as far as I know.
All help and/or suggestions are appreciated, and thanks in advance.
