I´ve installed also the latest version of Action but same problem.
Checked my system so far and there are no other "hooking" progs an my system.

Any news here? Meanwhile some day passed now but i have still the problem so it would be nice to get an solution or workaround....

Not yet. d3d9.dll is on the test list but has not been tested yet.
