I just signed up, so hi to all.

I have the Action! trial version.

Are the function keys 9 through 12 assignable in the full version?
If not, then why not?

I recorded some Stalker gameplay at 30 fps. Ran like a banchee... could not tell I was recording a video.
However the playback (for lack of a better work) 'stutters'. Is this normal?

Can this software can output different types of video files? For example: wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, mp4?
If any are not available now, with they in the future?

All the function keys can be assigned as hotkeys. As for the output files. Action! currently records your video footage to .avi container. However you can export your video recordings to .mp4 format with built-in exporting function.

What about the stuttering/hesitation at 30 fps?

At 60 fps all is aok!
