I heard, that Action! has problems with this game (still don't understand success this game). Record in windowed mode.
Premiere Pro, Action! user. I still believe that I can help someone on this forum.

Minecraft application is not working properly in some cases. There's a workaround. Simply record your Minecraft game in Windowed mode (Maximized) and use Active desktop region mode. Adjust the region size and press f9.
Recroding microphone into separate audio track option is not made for exporting. We added this function for people who use raw files in editing softwares. If you want to export your video files just untick this option.

We are still investigating the GTA SA problem.
