Hi, i use Action! 1.11.0 games recorder but .. when i try to record my gameplay at format .avi 720p everything works fine but.. when i try to upload it on youtube it uploads but youtube processes the video and it says that " Processing of the video failed. Please make sure you are uploading a supported file type. " and youtube supports .avi formats.. i tried to record at .mp4 it uploads with no problem but the quality is 420p

what can i do?
EDIT: I partially solved the problem I was finding that I need to export file directly to youtube through export.. but it gives me this error Connection with remote server failed!

Export it to 1080p (high) or to 720p(high), and send it to YT. For 1080p use 6-10 mb/s and for 720p use 3.5-5.5 mb/s. Actually i saw, that program doesn't alow to export 480p (854x480). Mirillis, for YT should be 854x480 or 640x360 if not HD. Source:

At least it. Are you sure you upload mp4 AVC video, not original avi?

If you want HD, then
1) Record video in "AVI" format. Action! will use FICV codec for recording (it's proprietary codec, so youtube doesn't support it, however it's very fast and allows you to record video in HD without stressing CPU much).
2) And then export it (to mp4 with AVC/H.264, that everything supports). If you have troubles with uploading it to youtube via Action! - try web interface (

" AVC " is .. any video converter? if yes, then.. i don't have that option to convert it to h.264 ...

No, AVC is Advanced Video Codec, known as h.264.
