My pc is getting crashed,please help?

hello friends,
I'm using Mirillis Action software to record my farcry 2 game,but it is getting crashed in the middle with indexoutofbound exception,i can't understand what is the problem with it,My processor is core i5 and specifications are http://www.softwaretechnology.info/2012 ... -3450.html with GTX560 graphics card.BTW i have memory of 4 gb but still it is getting crashed.
i just want to know,how to fix it?

Does it happen only with farcry 2 game or with all games and also when recording desktop?
