i don't think it can be done.
Action! records files to .fic file. when you record to a .fic file you don't need that much power from your computer to record so that's what gives you the ability to record smoothly with Action! ulike fraps that records the file directly to .AVI which takes a lot of power from your computer so you have fps drops very often, also fraps seperates the video to a number of files which weight a lot!
