error d3d11.dll

Hello, i installed rightly action, but when i start it, an error message appear:
"This application has failed to start because d3d11.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
I try a lot of time to reinstall but he say all the times the same message.
The strange thing is that 2 month ago, before the unistalling, mirillis was working perfectly.
Some one have a solution?
