Some games that Action! doesn't record.

I have problem with recording games like Battlefield 1842 and Hotline Miami, there is no HUD displayed. Press record button does nothing.

As says above action supports dx 9 and above.
They already know about this annoying "bug".

How about Battlefield 2? This game definitely uses the DX9 but I can't record video (there is no Action! HUD). Is there any workarounds?
