Teamspeak blocks Audiorecording

Greetings,
so i record last night some footage from Mass Effect 3. Later as i editing it, i noticed that there were no audiofiles in the records. I tested serveral things, but all with the same outcome. No sounds in the records.
After i sleept a bit i made a short capture to test some settings, and i worked. So i fired up Teampeak, to record my Voice.
I use Teamspeak because it has voice activation, which suits me most. But anyway, after a half hour of recording i want to edit the footage and once again the sound was missing.
So i shut down TS, made a test record and the sound worked fine.


Okay long Story short, it seams to me that Teamspeak ist preventing Action! from recording the audio. (what makes me wonder, because i recorded some MoHW gameplay with a friend and the audiocapture worked fine, while TS was running) I switched between different audiodevices, but changed nothing.
i got only three TS Plugins active at this time: AppScanner, ClientQuery and g15 kayboard plugin.

So i really have no clue what i can do at this point, maybe someone here know a trick?

Try running Teamspeak before starting Action! application.

So i tested it in two ways.

Start Teamspeak then Action, no sound recorded.
Start Action then Teamspeak, also no sound recorded.
