Hi,

I purchased this product 3 months ago and I am delighted with it but I have 2 questions.

1) Why there's a 480p limiter in mp4 recordings?
I have a 6core i7 990x (1st i7 Generation without Quicksync) but I'm enable to record (pcm+h264 1080p 30fps) in
dxtory/afterburner + x264 without get less than 80fps in mostly games at max settings.

2) I plays pCARS (game in prealpha stage) and it crashes after a while when I begin to record video (with any software).
When a game crashes recording with Action!, the AVI seems to be corrupt and I'm unable to repair it.
I tried to fix it with ffmpeg, mencoder and virtualdub without success.
There's any way to fix it?

Sorry for my bad English and thanks in advance.
Regards.

1) Please refer to this tutorial http://mirillis.com/en/products/tutoria ... s.html#top

2) It cannot be fixed. Once the game or your PC crash during the recording Action! cannot close the file properly and your video file becomes unusable.

My CPU doesn't supports Intel Quick Sync.CPU model : Intel core 2 duo E4600.I still can see besides AVI,480p as recording setting.I wood realy want to try 480p but i think that will come in a low quality,or woodn't ? It depends so much about that IquickSync thing ? What i want is to record in mp4 at 720p not at 480p.Isn't there another way to do that ? If i try to record in 480p without iQuickSync, the quality will be ?
Thanks in advance

Intel Quick Sync technology is required for hardware encoding (MP4 720P, 1080P and Original). If your computer doesn't support IQS you can only record to MP4 480p which is usually poor for desktops (on mobile devices it doesn't look that bad). You can always record into AVI and then use Action! built-in file exporter.
