Action! v1.12.0.0 problem.

I have a little big problem ^^
I'm using v1.12 of Action! on my Samsung netbook (Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit).
When I open Action! my Windows Aero turns off and I can't record the screen because it needs to be done with Windows Aero
And when I go to personalization settings (having Action! running in the background) the Windows Aero IS selected but it looks like it's not... And when I turn off Action! everything goes back to Aero

2nd problem is that I want to record games but... Action! doesn't recognize them. I mean when I go to Games mode and turn on any game it simply doesn't recognize that I'm actually playing (the FPS bar is not showing etc.)
The only game I can record is... Tibia
