Hei,
everytime i start action i get the message "no reaction" and the program crashes.
Cant do anything!
Already tried to reinstall 1000 times with different versions, also deleted all registry files and stuff.
Nothing worked.
Pleas help me

If your PC or game recently crashed during recording please delete your latest (newest) video file.

Indeed that was the problem!
