Error : failed to create recording file

Hi, everyone
I just bought action ! and everytime i try to start recording my desktop, i get this error : failed to create recording file.
I can do the recording in game but not on the desktop, and the limited zone of the desktop get me the same error. But I can do the benchmark.

As in an other topic i tried to change the folder in which the record is made but nothing do. Still the same error.
Today i did the last update, the 1.13.2.0 and nothing change.

I'm on windows 8, and my config is : intel i7-3770, 16GO ram, nivdia gtx 690. I don't think it's a hardware issue .

Alright, that might be a stupid answer, but...

1. Did you try to select a different folder where your recordings will be held? (I know you wrote that you did, but try a different one, maybe on a different Disc Drive? (etc. D:, C: or other) )
2. Did that happen before?
