DirectX and OpenGL stopped being detected

Sat Mar 02, 2013 4:53 am

Ok, so I was trying to mess around with a few of my video card settings for Action! (following the tutorial online) and afterwards the recorder stopped detecting any and all DirectX or OpenGL applications. I tried Minecraft, Mount and Blade; WArband, Sanctum, and FTL to make sure it wasn't just one application, but none of them are being dtected as valid DirectX/OpenGL applications. It used to be working perfectly fine before this. I have tried re-starting my computer, and deleting Action! from my video cards program list, but neither of these work. And yes, my graphics card and Action! recorder (just downloaded the patch today) are up-to-date.

Computer specs:

HP Model p7-1037c
8.00 GB of RAM
AMD Athlon(tm) 2 X4 645 Processor 3.10GHz
64-bit Windows 7 OS
NVidia GeForce GT 520
DirectX Support 11.1
CUDA Cores 48
Memory Interface 64-bit
Total available grpahics memory 4096 MB
Dedicated video memory 2048 MB DDR3

I was attempting to increase performance for Action! with my NVidia card if it matters. With some higher graphics games I was getting some dropped frames and out of sync audio about 20 minutes in.

Thanks for the help.
