Action 1.13.2.0 not recording video

since last update without any settings changes i'm not able to record any video with BF3
my pc specs
AMD PHENOM II x4 965 3.4 GHz ||
MSI 770-C45 (1.3v BIOS) ||
ANTEC TRUEPOWER QUATTRO 1000 W ||
CORSAIR 8 GB DDR3 1333 10666 CL9 XMS3 ||
MSI NVIDIA 660TI 2GB GDDR5 PE OC || (with latest 314.07 drivers)
DELL U2410 1920x1200 @ 60 Hz ||

it looks like it would be able to record audio but not video
