Can't assign SCROLL-LOCK or BREAK...

why can't i use SCROLL LOCK or BREAK as key bindings ??

SCROLL LOCK is very nice to use, because it lights up in the keyboard - making the status indicator irrelevant
BREAK can't be used either

F9 (and F-keys in general) are used natively by many games - especially StarCraft2 and Diablo3 !!!

i know i could just use some other buttons .. but why not SCR LCK and BRK

ps. i have a Danish keyboard (ISO-105) if that make a difference

These were blocked due some technical issues, but NumLock works fine and also lights up
