Action! Closes itself after startup!

After a recent windows update I have encountered a problem in which Action! will automatically close itself a few seconds after starting up.
Is there a solution?

Windows 7 (KB2670838)? If yes, uninstall it.

I've tried this because I was curious if it works but it didn't. I still had to switch to my Intel HD GPU until I launch Action! otherwise it crashed on startup with the nvidia GPU.
