Video freezing when playing back

Hello.
I have recently installed the trial version of Action! and was testing with some games.
I tried with Borderlands 2 and Killing Floor. Borderlands 2 recorded fine apart from frame rate drops from my end, however, Killing Floor was a bit more troublesome.
The game recorded at 60 frames per second and was running great. But when I go to re-watch the video, it freezes for a split second every about 6-7 seconds and makes a noise as if a headset had been disconnected while you were still listening to something (that annoying clicking sound). I tried with and without the mic playing and even without the game sound playing at all, but the problem is still present.
I don't really know what is happening with this, but if someone could help me out, that would be great.
Thanks

Thanks for reporting your issue. Someone from the tech lab will look into this problem. Could post a screenshot from your recording tab so they can use the same settings as you did.

I've been asked for more information. Could you provide us your PC specification? (CPU, Graphic Card Model, HDD details, full Windows version). Is it possible that you could attach a screenshot from your graphics settings in Killing Floor?

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
HDD: Not sure about this one, but the device manager says that it is a "WDC WD5000AADS-00S9B0 ATA Device"
Windows: Windows 7 64-bit
I also have 8 gigs of RAM in the computer, if that helps at all.

I have to post the screens in two parts because the file was too big... so this is the first one.
