The game or mirilis? (Frame rate)

last week I recorded osu! the frame rate is 100-200

now,i try to record game (osu!)
the frame rate become 999

is it only me or what?

Maybe you have changed options (disabled frame limiter)? Osu! by default runs at 2x refresh rate (e.g. 120 fps on 60 hz screen).
