hi everyone i am new and i have a problem. I want to record a gameplay of my game but when i click on action icon on desktop nothing happens only a red icon appear in my dekstop bar next to show hidden icons and internet access and that also disappear after 3 or 4 second and nothing happens i dont know what to do i was using this softwer befor 3 months without any problem but now i cant plz help me i rally need to rec my gameplay

Do you have latest Windows 7 update installed (KB2670838)? If yes, remove it. It causes a lot of instabilities for many applications including Action!

I dont know if i have latest win7 update. How can i find out if i have ?

ok i find where to locate my win7 update but there is a problem there r more then 100 updates here wich one do i have to remove

I find it and remove it now it's working thnx a lot . How can i close this topic
