Action ficv problem

Hi, I have a problem that when I have recorded a video and wants to convert it into Camtasia Studio to write the ficv codec is not supported or something like that. I got your card and I do not use cuda. Is Action uses ATI Stream?
I know that you can convert the file into action but for me it takes over an hour to convert it again later in Camtasia next hour.
I have cardHD 6850 Processor E7300 3.2 GHz and 4 gb ram
In previous nvidia card was not such a problem.
