Hotkeys broke...

Some odd behavior of the application, the hotkey for the video recording works but not for the screenshot one.
+ is there a way to reset the whole application? I cleared AppData, uninstalled. Nothing works to reset the app.

What games are you playing ?
Steam has a couple of hotkeys too - F12 is used by Steam for snapshots ...
also - have you tried reassigning the hotkeys in Action! ?

For me, most of the kotkeys don't work. Capturing video and screenshot works, but changing the HUD position, switching active desktop, etc. does not work no matter which shortcut key I assign to it.
The ones that bother me the most are the Show/Hide HUD and changing its position since I normally play around with them a lot. Placement and whether I want to see the HUD will change depending on which game I play, or which section of the game I am in.
