Exported file too short

Ive been recording in AVI format at 30 fps , 1280x720, and resulted a 6 min video of about 4 gb
First time I wanted to export and upload it in 1280x720 to youtube directly from Action! using the Youtube HD output profile. It export and upload it susscesfully but youtube couldnt process it (it gave me that error failed , unable to convert video file)
Ive tried once more - I think this time Ive choose Normal video quality ,1280x720 instead of High ( I cant recal-l which was when ..)- and this time youtube manged to processed it but the video was only 53 seconds in lenght!!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEds8HZpMOs
Then Ive tried just exporting using both 720p Main and High Profiles and the Video quality Normal and High as well. I cant recall diffrerent combinations Ive did ( If I used Main profile with normal quality or High profile with High quality ) but the resulting MP4 video was whether too short (1 min 22 sec this time ) or a MP4 that I couldnt open with WMP or Win8 video app ( It doesnt have other details than size and date )
Ive added bellow the capture with my video library where it looks my exported files are saved .You can see the 2 files I cannot open and the other 2 that where too short -the last that one that I managed to upload it to youtube
So what Im doing wrong with the exporting setings, And what are the best setting for video quality to upload on YT ?
