I installed the latest version and when trying to open the program :
CRITICAL ERROR (101)
Failed to initialize the product. Please try reinstalling

ps: for sure i've tried reinstalled, ccleaner, install 1.13 then 1.14 etc....

Of course they are. Support team usually responds within two business days. Send them an e-mail or if you already did send me a PM with your e-mail address and I will see why you did not receive your answer yet.

I sent an email on March 14th and never had answer. So please, as we are two to report this problem with Action! v1.14 could YOU contact the support to report that bug of the new version which perhaps comes from win8 64 bits ?
