Blacklisted

Tue Apr 30, 2013 7:31 pm

I often speak fondly of Action on my YouTube-channel and it's not seldom my viewers come to me when having questions about the program.

Lately it seems that several of my subscribers have contacted me saying their serial have been blacklisted. This happened to me too once but I got a new by mail automatically. It doesn't seem to have been so in their case.

In the FAQ it is stated that the program can be blacklisted if it "becomes publicly available or when user breaches terms or conditions of the End User License Agreement". I'm having a hard time believing that so many people suddenly started breaking the EULA.

What is the right procedure for them, who should they contact about this matter?
And is there any further information you would like me to give them about the matter, the EULA or how things like this are handled? I just might do a video informing them to save a lot of time with copy'n'paste. ;)

Best regards,
Magnus

The procedure is really simple. When your key has been blacklisted contact our support or sales team to explain the situation.
