Bought program and PC failed: Authorization question

Fri May 03, 2013 7:49 pm

Hi,

I don't know if I need to contact support but I wondered if there are limits on activations?
I bought Action! a couple weeks ago and that PC is no more -- not related to the program.
I won't have a decent replacement for a couple weeks at least.

My question is two-fold. Can I activate action on this PC and then again on the new PC?
(this one will no longer be in use)
Or will I at least be fine to activate it on the new machine?

I'm not even sure if I can run Action on this PC (it's an old dual core with Vista and a terrible video card) but I wanted to record a few clips of a project I'm working on, if possible.

Thank you kindly.

from EULA:
2.2 GENERAL USE
2.2.1 Single License
You may install, activate and use only one copy of the Software on a single computer at a time.
You may not run Software on two or more computers at the same time using the same serial number.
You must uninstall the Software before installing, activating and using it on another computer.
So yes, you can. But you'll need to uninstall Action! on this PC before activating it on new one.
Desktop (Intel i7-970, ATI 5870, Windows 7 x64)
Acer Aspire TimelineX 3830TG (Intel i5-2410M, nVidia GT540M, Windows 7 x64)
PS Vita, Nokia N8
