Sound Problems

I have recently purchased the Action! recording software. When I was using the free trial, I was encountering sound problems that only happened with recordings. What would happen is whenever I would be recording, I could hear the game and everything and I would be talking into my microphone. Although whenever I would stop the video and watch it, the recording would only have my microphone audio and none from the game. Ex:(A radio is playing a song while I'm recording in a game, and when I watch the recording there is no song from the radio). I was thinking that sound recordings were something that were for Pro users only. Well I bought the full version but It still didn't fix anything. I don't know what to do about this or if its just something that will have to be fixed by an update.

Could you post a screenshot of your Video Recording tab and Audio Settings?

What sound card do you use?
Is it onboard or a proper card?
