I have installed Action! but when I start it (I also tried to start it as an administrator) simply does not start. Sometimes i see the screen of the program for a second but then it disappears. In the Task Manager there are these processes active: Action.exe * 32, * 32 Action_x64.bin and Action_x86.bin
I do not know what to do

Check your Windows updates for KB2670838 update. Uninstall it if you have this particular update.

I have the same problem on Windows 8, can someone help please.
