Hello, I'm having issues with Action, When I try to import/upload a video from Action to Youtube I receive "Connection with remote server failed!" the Camera feature and the option to upload directly to youtube was the main reason of purchasing this product and is sad that I can't use it. is there any fix for this or something I'm doing wrong? thank you.

I'm also having huge problems uploading to YouTube and get the same error message as you, Connection with the remote server failed. I also seen another error message simply saying Upload failed and the last time I got both these messages. The conversion always completes successfully but it's when Action! is about to start uploading the video to YouTube these error messages appear.

I have been able to upload once and that time I checked the option to have Action! automatically split the video into several parts and I chose 15 mins. Not sure if this has anything to do with this problem because looking at the error message that Action! fails to connect to the remote server doesn't look like it would be any different looking at the size of the movie you want to upload.

I also created my own thread regarding this problem but so far no replies and now I've also sent a support request to support@mirillis.com

I really do hope there's a way to fix this because just like you being able to upload directly to YouTube from within the software was one of the reasons I decided to buy it.

Thanks guys for reporting your feedback. Our support team is currently looking into this problem. Unfortunately it does not occur with everyone so it's a little hard to reproduce it.

Always hard to troubleshoot these kind of issues, let me know if I in some way can be of any help by trying something out for you or whatever.

Does this occurs with different files sizes?

Not sure about file sizes but I've only seen this problem when trying to upload movie clips longer than 15 minutes.

That to me would indicate for some reason Youtube doesn't realize I've confirmed my identity allowing me to upload clips longer than 15 minutes when I try upload directly from Action! If I upload the same clip manually to YouTube using the Web interface I'm good.

However I'll probably edit most clips in Sony Movie Studio before uploading to YouTube so this is not that important anymore.

I see im not the only one with this problem. Its a shame as it works fine in Splash Ex Pro but in Mirillis action i get 'Upload Failed' and sometimes 'Can't connect to the Remote server'.

It's strange since it works exactly the same.

Having the same issues, and now it's constantly happening, What I do to solve this is lower the resolution to 720p for youtube HD instead of my full 1080p, but of course it sacrifices a ton of quality and messes up the video. Kind of dissapointing.
