Problem after activation (SOLVED)

Hi.
I purchased the program and activated the software. But after activation, I cannot record anything anymore!! The record button no longer works .. not in any of the 3 modes. When I click it, nothing happens. Also, the program always crashes/freezes when closing, too. Please help.
When I was using trial version, I was able to record no problem =(
EDIT: Problem solved. I just had to restart my computer. =\
