Problem with Action!

Hello, I have a big problem with this software.

This is the software Mirillis Action! who can shoot the screen etc. ..

I installed the trial version but when I start it, it strikes me: "The procedure entry CreateDXGIFactory1 point is not found in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll"

Wanting to make MineCraft videos, it is impossible for me to do (bug fraps, camtasia impossible to manage, and camstudio horrible quality).
