ello, I have a big problem with software.

This is the software Mirillis Action! who can shoot the screen etc. ..

I installed the trial version but when I start it, it strikes me: "The procedure entry CreateDXGIFactory1 point is not found in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll"

Wanting to make MineCraft videos, it is impossible for me to do (bug fraps, camtasia impossible to manage, and camstudio horrible quality).

Dxgi.dll is a system library which is responsible for component DirectX Graphics Infrastructure in Windows. Action! only use it. This may be caused by virus infection or missing system files.
