I have a i7 3770k
With a gtx 670 cu II Top
With 8gb ram

And wanted to ask what is the best Format
I want to Records lets plays so what is the Format with the best
Quality because at last i will render it with camtasia

If you can enable Quick Sync, that would be the best option for Let's Plays due to the massive files you would have otherwise with avi. Check out the onsite tutorial of how to enable. I had help from others to enable it so if you need any let me know!
