Problem with the Aero in Windows 7

Hello. I have a problem when I want to record, I said that the Aero is not enabled (it is). Whether you are looking for on the internet on how to activate the Aero (although I already have it enabled)as active and deactivated, in addition to changing the theme to the Aero and nothing. Help T_T

I just got the same error message. I did send an email to the support address posted above, but wanted to reply in here.

Aero is an effect for Windows Vista. Windows 7 Home does not have this Aero effect, so this error will continue to happen until that issue gets resolved by mirillis. Apparently, the graphics card we have does not recognize that application, because it doesn't need to.

That's all I know for now, but wanted to share the info in case someone else has the problem too.

I hope it gets worked out so I can try this software!!! :)

Which version of Windows do you have exactly? Home, Professional, Enterprise?

If you're asking me, I have Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit.
ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics, AMD Athlon II X2 Processor 3.00 GHz

Already fix it, put it in compatibility mode for Windows Vista and i walks perfect. :D
