Hello.

I bought Action because I thought it would have a free livestreaming option and the recording is great, don't get me wrong but I hate subscriptions, that's why I don't play WoW, that's why I don't play Rift, that's why I don't play a lot of games.
This is a rip off. I really liked your program... please, consider removing the subscription if nobody has still bought it.

Second of that, you promised Action on Steam when it got livestreaming... well now it got it I don't see it in Steam or my key to actiave it in steam, neither of those.

Cheers,
Mu6o

The subscription is required due additional license fees that Mirillis have to pay. This functionality is only optional and it's not required to use Action! as a recording tool like you did before.

The Steam release has been postponed due Live Streaming development. It was never said that Live Streaming with come along with Steam version.

...
First I think the same - I bought yesterday and I thought Livestream Option is for free - please remove this.

Second I have the same setting like Laurent13. My Game (BF3) run in 1920x1080 - fullscreen. I try to stream (720p is maximal, 1080p is grey?). If I start to stream my game fullscreen goes in window mode (probably to 720p) - Now I go to fullscreen and the stream is ended. I want to play in 1080p and stream in 720p Its possible?

Actually, you posted that somewhere when I asked you. About the steam version, that you wait for the livestream.

Just a quick thing on this comment. Rift is now F2P.

To my main reason for posting. I can get the streaming working without any problems, but my question is if there are plans to allow recording and streaming at the same time? I know there is an option to record the stream already, but I am only able to stream at about 360p, but I would like to record at 720p/1080p. If this is not an option at the moment, is there scope for it in the future?

Also is there any scope for adding in scene management such as in OBS and Xsplit? I really like OBS, but Action is so much easier to record with I'd rather have one application to cover everything.

I've setup Action with Twitch ...
but... is it true that LIVE Streaming only works in game-mode ?
I've only tested with Screen-capture so far .. and that doesn't work.
I'll test some more with Game-Mode when i get home...

BTW... Why does it cost a subscription, when some of the Streaming services are free ??

If i have 100/100 Mbit Fiber... and want to stream from my own computer... couldn't you then make that possible without a fee ?

I've got it to work from both full desktop and screen region.

Wish I had even 2% of your upstream!
